Strategic Development Process
Strategic Development allows organizations a process to move between four phases in the growth of a healthy organization. The model is flexible in that each phase provides valuable insight to the next going clockwise or counterclockwise. All four phases – Planning, Awareness, Development, and Results – are present in most successful organizations. This model helps view these processes as a whole and integrates the support that we can provide as a LMI franchisee.
